After spending the majority of the past two weekends underwater, and a few dramatic moments, Josh and I are now certified PADI Open Water Divers! We did our certification with EcoDiveCenter in Culver City. Our instructor, Phillipe, has been awesome. He’s a great teacher, and a really cool guy. He’s really into underwater photography too, so we were lucky enough to come away with some souvenir photos he took of us during the class.

We enjoyed the class so much that now, we are already enrolled in the Advanced Open Water Diver course - our first night dive is in a few days. Scary!
